In the past few weeks Union of Integrated National Entities (UINE) and International Protection Agency (IPA) have developed a well mature relationship, showing them guidance for a great relationship in the future.
Article I: General Agreement
This is an inter-alliance treaty wherein the signatory alliances Union of Integrated National Entities (UINE) and International Protection Agency (IPA) may optionally defend each other if attacked, though such actions is not required. Invariably sovereignty shall be held throughout this pacts lifespan.
Article II: Concurrence Regulations
Union of Integrated National Entities (UINE) and International Protection Agency (IPA) agree not to hold any aggressive actions toward each other. Both parties will solve potential issues diplomatically and hold negations for these issues.
Article III: Friendship & Information Acknowledgment(s)
Union of Integrated National Entities (UINE) and International Protection Agency (IPA) vow to maintain open relations with one another, furthering friendship and keeping an open information exchange.
Article IV: Optional Defense Acknowledgment(s)
If either party is attacked the other party has the option to come to the attacked parties’ aid and vice versa if that party sees’s it fit on their behalf. They have a 24 hour period to make a decision to support the party or not.
Article V: Espionage Policy
Union of Integrated National Entities (UINE) and International Protection Agency (IPA) will not commit espionage or aid in espionage against the other party. If espionage is committed this agreement is immediately terminated.
Article VI: Threat Policy
A party should alert the other party if they learn of, or suspect, espionage against either party. Also each party should alert one if a National Security Threat is discovered.
Article VII: Cancellation
Should either party wish to cancel, they should alert the other part, and an official notice must be posted on the official CN forums after, which a period of 72 hours will be given.
